At Airwood Design, we take pride in delivering handcrafted, custom dividers and products with care. Please review our shipping and returns policy below to understand how we handle orders, deliveries, and returns.
Shipping
Standard Shipping (U.S.): We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states ($15 flat rate), with Alaska and Hawaii also welcome upon request.
International Orders: We welcome international shipping requests; however, availability is not guaranteed. Please fill out the request form located on the product page for a quote.
Expedited Shipping: May be available upon request at an additional cost. Please reach out prior to purchase if you need expedited delivery.
Processing Times: Current processing times are listed within each product description and are subject to change. These times are in addition to shipping times and do not include weekends or U.S. national holidays.
Shipping Delays: While we do everything we can to ship on time, Airwood Design is not responsible for carrier delays once items are in transit.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom Orders: Because our custom laser-engraved dividers are made-to-order, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged during transit. Buyer must provide proof of damage. All requests are subject to review.
Non-Custom Items: All non-custom products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping).
Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Condition Requirements: Returned items must be in new, unused, and unopened condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Refunds & Exchanges: Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the original item(s).
