Airwood Design creates custom laser-engraved dividers and related organizational accessories.

  • Colors, materials, and engraving styles may vary slightly due to wood grain, lighting, and customization.

  • All sales are subject to availability.

 

3. Orders and Payment

  • When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

  • All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. Your order will not ship until payment is received and processed.

  • Custom orders are final sale and cannot be refunded unless defective.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Airwood Design is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Standard (non-customized) items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition.

  • Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs—is the property of Airwood Design or its licensors.
